my experience..It just gives them a starting point to start raising the price.."Oh,we had to replace some blah blah part on your car,that will be 350 bucks more."and so on and so on..And the steering wheel problem is probably when they disconnected the steering shaft to pull the motor(even though it's not necessary) and they let it rotate 180 and then reattatched it..My car had the same thing happen to it from the incompitent machanics I had do my engine work...Good luck..
